A practical training program, not a tutorial library

BrightXR's Industrial Training Program is a 45-day, project-first program for college students. You join one of five tracks, learn the tools that working professionals actually use, and ship a real piece of work you can show in interviews.

Eighty per cent of the program is hands-on. The remaining twenty is the theory you need to make sense of what you build. No filler lectures, no throwaway tutorial clones.

A defined start and end. You finish with something to show.

5 tracks

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the Industrial Training Program 2026. If your question isn't here, message us on WhatsApp.

Who is this program for?
College students in any year of study who want to learn by building real things. The five tracks suit students from BTech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, BSc, and design backgrounds. The Management track specifically welcomes BBA and MBA students.
Is this online, offline, or hybrid?
The program runs in a hybrid format. Most of the work is online with structured mentor reviews, and there are on-site touchpoints for orientation, mid-program reviews, and the final presentation.
What does the certificate verify?
Students receive a Certificate of Completion from BrightXR Pvt. Ltd. (a DPIIT-recognized startup). The certificate verifies that the student completed the program, and can be added to resumes, LinkedIn, and portfolios. It is a private completion certificate, not an academic credential.
Is there a fee?
Fee details are shared after you submit an application. We want to make sure the track and your background are a fit before we discuss money. Apply through the form below and our team will reach out within two working days.
What happens after I register?
You'll get an immediate email confirming your application. Our team reviews each application and reaches out within two working days with the next step, usually a short call and details for your chosen track.
Can MBA / BBA students apply?
Yes. The Management Industry Exposure track is designed for BBA and MBA students. You'll be assigned to a Marketing, HR, or Strategy role on Day 15 based on your strengths and interest.
Do I need prior experience?
No prior professional experience is required. You should have basic comfort with computers and a willingness to learn the tools the program teaches. Tracks like AI/ML and Flutter assume some familiarity with programming, but not deep expertise.
What's the time commitment?
Plan for around 4–6 hours a day for 45 days. Some days will be lighter (live sessions and reviews) and some heavier (project execution weeks). The schedule is built around college students.
Will there be an internship at the end?
Top performers across the five tracks are offered internship or freelance opportunities, either with BrightXR or with our partner network. This is based on performance, not a guarantee, and we are explicit about that on purpose.
How are mentors assigned?
Each track has dedicated working professionals who run reviews and 1-on-1 feedback sessions. You'll be introduced to your mentors during orientation in Phase 1.

Ready to apply?
