1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BrightXR ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. For users under 18, a parent or guardian must accept these terms on your behalf.
2. Description of Service
BrightXR provides an immersive education platform using AR, VR, and AI technologies. The Service includes mobile applications, web platform, virtual labs, AI tutoring, and related educational content. Features may vary based on your subscription tier (Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Institution).
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and BXR ID. You agree to:
- • Provide accurate and complete registration information
- • Keep your password secure and not share your account
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- ✕ Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- ✕ Share, copy, or redistribute premium content
- ✕ Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the platform
- ✕ Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
- ✕ Upload malicious content or spam
- ✕ Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
5. Intellectual Property
All content on BrightXR — including 3D models, AR/VR experiences, AI responses, educational materials, software, and branding — is owned by BrightXR or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal educational purposes only.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
Free Tier: Basic access with daily usage limits. No payment required.
Premium Tiers: Bronze (₹99/mo), Silver (₹249/mo), Gold (₹399/mo). Billed monthly via Razorpay. Activation codes are non-transferable once redeemed.
Refunds: Available within 48 hours of purchase if the activation code has not been redeemed. Contact support for refund requests.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing active subscriptions will not be affected until renewal.
7. Limitation of Liability
BrightXR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightXR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the courts in the appropriate jurisdiction in India.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
