What is Bright Punjab Mission 2026?

Bright Punjab Mission 2026 is BrightXR's career development movement for Punjab, focused on villages and small towns. It takes students from first computer basics to industry readiness through three structured phases, with scholarships, mentorship, real projects, and career guidance along the way.

Who can join the program?

School students, college students, ITI students, graduates, job seekers, freshers, career switchers, rural youth, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts. Phase 1 assumes no prior computer experience, so complete beginners are welcome.

What does the program cost?

Phase 1 (Computer Foundation Program, 30 days) is ₹999. Phase 2 (Professional Technology Program, 45 days) is ₹2,999. Phase 3 (Advanced Industrial Training & Employability, 45 days) is ₹4,999. The Complete Career Pathway covering all three phases is ₹7,999.

Do I have to take all three phases?

No. Each phase is a complete program on its own, and you can start with Phase 1 and decide later. The Complete Career Pathway package is for students who want the full journey at the best price.

Are scholarships available?

Yes. Scholarships range from Bronze (up to 25% off) to Excellence (100% fee waiver), awarded on merit, need, and an entrance assessment. The Bright Punjab Talent Search also runs scholarship assessments in villages across Punjab.

What certificate do I get?

Each phase ends with a BrightXR certificate: Level 1 (Computer Fundamentals & Digital Literacy), Level 2 (Professional Technology), and Level 3 (Advanced Industrial Training). Students who complete all three earn recognition as a BrightXR Certified Industry Professional. Students scoring 60%+ in the Phase 1 Foundation Assessment also become eligible for the BrightXR-supported BCC/CCC certification initiative.
