Common questions about our plans
How does the activation code system work?
After purchasing a plan, you receive an activation code via email. Open the BrightXR app, navigate to "Redeem Code", enter your code, and your premium access activates immediately for 1 month.
Can I upgrade my plan?
Yes! You can upgrade anytime. Your remaining days on the current plan will be converted and added to your new plan duration.
Can I stack multiple plans?
Absolutely. If you redeem multiple codes, they queue up. When your current plan expires, the next one activates automatically. Higher-tier plans get priority in the queue.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.
Can I gift a premium plan?
Yes! Purchase a plan and share the activation code with anyone. It's a great gift for students and learners.
Is there a refund policy?
Since activation codes are digital products, refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase if the code hasn't been redeemed yet. Contact our support team for assistance.
