Getting Started

Set up BrightXR and start learning in minutes.

Download the App
Download BrightXR from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Search for "BrightXR" and install the latest version.
Create Your Account
Open the app and tap "Register". Enter your name, email, phone number, and create a password. You'll receive a unique BXR ID upon registration.
Choose Your Board
Select your education board (CBSE, ICSE, or State Board) and class level. This customizes your content and curriculum alignment.
Start Exploring
Browse features from the home screen. Try scanning a textbook page with the AR camera, or launch a VR experience from the experiments library.

For Students

Make the most of your BrightXR learning experience.

Using AR Mode
Open the AR camera from the home screen. Point your device at a textbook page or supported worksheet. 3D models and interactive content will appear automatically.
Virtual Labs
Navigate to Experiments > choose a subject > select an experiment. Follow the step-by-step instructions. You can pause, restart, or change variables at any time.
Brighta AI Tutor
Tap the chat icon to talk to Brighta. Ask questions in Hindi or English. For math problems, type or take a photo of the question for step-by-step solutions.
Earning Achievements
Complete lessons, experiments, and quizzes to earn XP and badges. Check your progress on the Achievements tab. Compete on the leaderboard with classmates.

For Teachers

Set up your classroom and monitor student progress.

Classroom Setup
Create a classroom from the Teacher Dashboard. Add students by sharing your classroom code or inviting via email. Set up subjects and assign content.
Assigning Content
Browse the experiment library and select activities for your class. Set deadlines and track which students have completed assignments.
Progress Monitoring
View class-wide analytics from the dashboard. Check individual student performance, time spent, and areas where they need help.
Sharing AR Experiences
Use the "Share to Class" button on any AR/VR content to push it to all students' devices simultaneously during a live lesson.

For Parents

Monitor your child's learning and manage their account.

Linking Your Account
Create a parent account and link it to your child's BXR ID. This gives you access to their progress reports and screen time settings.
Progress Reports
View weekly reports showing subjects studied, time spent, quiz scores, and areas of improvement. Reports are sent to your email every Monday.
Screen Time Management
Set daily learning time limits from the parent dashboard. BrightXR pauses when the limit is reached and resumes the next day.
Premium Management
Purchase and manage premium plans for your child. Redeem activation codes and view subscription status from your parent dashboard.

System Requirements

Ensure your device meets the minimum requirements.

Android (AR/VR)
Android 8.0+, 3GB RAM minimum (4GB recommended), ARCore-compatible device for AR features. 500MB free storage.
iOS (AR/VR)
iOS 14.0+, iPhone 8 or later for AR features. iPad (6th gen) or later. 500MB free storage.
Web Platform
Chrome 90+, Firefox 88+, Safari 14+, Edge 90+. Stable internet connection (5 Mbps recommended). WebGL support required.
VR Headsets
Compatible with Meta Quest 2/3, Google Cardboard, and most smartphone-based VR headsets. Standalone VR app available for Quest devices.

Troubleshooting

Common issues and how to resolve them.

AR Camera Not Working
Ensure your device supports ARCore/ARKit. Check camera permissions in your device settings. Try restarting the app. If the issue persists, reinstall the app.
Content Not Loading
Check your internet connection. Clear the app cache from Settings > Storage > Clear Cache. Ensure you have the latest app version installed.
Login Issues
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. Check your email (including spam folder) for the reset link. Contact support if you can't access your registered email.
Premium Not Activating
Double-check your activation code for typos. Codes are case-sensitive. If already redeemed, check your premium status in Settings > My Premium. Contact support with your BXR ID and code.
